Payment options:
• My friend's Paypal or ko-fi. This option causes more fees because my friend sends the money to me through Boosty, and because of that includes a +$5 fee to the price stated in the pricelist. This fee doesn't work for adopts on Toyhouse or for additional fees stated in ToS.
• Boosty. This is payment directly to me, but I won't be able to make a refund if anything, and it doesn't work for USA cards.

1.1. Available payment options are stated in my price list on this site.
1.2. My price list for commissions is stored on this site. Characters on my toyhouse have a set price.1.3. Average time of commission is within 1-2 months. If it takes too long, I'll stay in touch with you.
1.4. If you'd like to set a deadline, ask me if I have time. I have the right to refuse the commission if I can't do it by deadline. If I started it and you paid already, and I can't finish it by deadline, I'll return you price of the part of art which is not done yet.*My art is made of 3-4 parts - sketch, lineart, flat color, rendering. If I've made the sketch only, I'll return 2/3 or 3/4 of price; if I made sketch and lineart, I'll return 1/3 or 1/2 of price; etc.1.5. For free you are allowed to make 3 edits maximum for each step (3 edits of sketch, 3 edits of lineart etc.), for more I'll take additional price which depends on the complexity of the edit.1.6. I can work with any kinds of images (full reference, sketches, etc) and text description.•ART (Commissions, YCHs)
2.1. When you purchase art from me, you get a .png digital file(s) allowed for personal use*. If I want to, I might also do versions with different colors, shading, sizes of the file etc. All of them go into your personal use.Personal use means you're not getting money from it. Example: using as icons and headers, uploading on your socials, printing stickers that are not for sale. For commercial use, please see "additional".2.2. Please ask for my permission if you want to add something to the art: text, stickers, etc. Please don't change the art itself: change colors, lines, etc; you better ask me to do it (but for rules on edits made by me, look rule "4.5").2.3. By commissioning art from me, you agree that I might edit colors of your character to make it fit the whole color palette of the art (for example, purple hair might become blue-ish). For art with abstract/transparent/white background only, you have the right to ask me not to do any edits.2.4. Process of commission (not YCH): You give me all the wishes and character(s) for your commission > I make a sketch and send small version of it to you > You make any edits and approve final version of the sketch > You send the payment > I proceed finishing the art and send you steps (lineart, color, render, etc.), so you can make any edits during the process > I send a final version approved by you.2.5. Process of YCH: I approve your bid, and you send the payment > You give me all the wishes and character(s) for your commission > I send you the sketch edited to your characters. You make any edits and approve final version of the sketch > I proceed finishing the art and send you steps (lineart, color, render, etc.), so you can make any edits during the process > I send a final version approved by you.•ADOPTS
3.1. When you purchase an adopt from me, you get the character itself and a .png digital file(s) allowed for personal use which depict the appearance of character.3.2. You are allowed to change the design of the character. You are allowed to trade, gift or resell the character for price not higher than the original (original price is the price set by me when selling to you) if it doesn't have new art. If it does have new art, you can set price higher than the original.3.3. If you purchase the character together with an art reference made by me, please let me know when you want to make your modifications of my art reference. Please don't modify any other art that I made for the character if it's not the reference.3.4. Process of buying adoptables (not custom): I approve your bid, and you send the payment > The character is yours. If you have toyhouse, I transfer the character there. If you want me to send files through something else (e-mail, etc.) I can send it.3.5. Process of custom adoptables: You give me all your wishes for the custom design > I make a sketch and send a small version of it to you > You make any edits and approve final version of the sketch > You send the payment > I proceed finishing the art and send you steps (lineart, color, etc.), so you can make any edits during the process > I send a final version approved by you.•ADDITIONAL
4.1. If you'd like to use the commission for commerical use, please discuss it with me beforehand. I'll take a fee for that depending on the kind of art and the kind of commerical use.4.2. I have the right to cancel the unpaid commission. You have the right to cancel an unpaid commission.4.3. I have the right to cancel the paid commission and return you price of the part(s) of art which are not done yet.
You have the right to cancel the paid commission, in that case I'll return you price of the part of art which is not done yet.4.4. By default, I publish your commission in my art galleries. You have the right to ask me not to do it.4.5. Please credit me when using my art. You can repost/reupload the art you commissioned from me with credit to me.4.6.
